Portrait The more I have learned about coaching, the more I have realised that it stands for everything I believe in and incorporates the principles that I live by. I have immense satisfaction when someone thanks me for giving them the time to listen to their problems, having hopefully set them on the right path.

Having been a Samaritan in the 1990's, I am clear about the power of being a good listener, and embrace the principle that coaching is not counselling, but a process by which I can help you discover your potential and give you the tools to fulfil your dreams. So many of us are on a treadmill; happy mostly but with an underlying feeling that there must be more to life. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got.

I want to give you the time and space to determine what it is you really want from life, to understand why you want it, and to set clear goals. I will help you overcome the obstacles, build your confidence and self belief, and encourage you every step of the way.
